SHIPPING

  • Packages are shipped within 2 – 4 working days after placing an order.
  • Customers receive an email containing a track & trace code to monitor the status of their package.
  • SARIH cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Post NL.

RETURNS

  • 14-Day Return Period: Customers can return products within 14 days after delivery.
  • Exchange Procedure: Customers need to email info@sarihthebrand.com with order number, reason for exchange, and article number for the exchange.
  • Condition Requirements: Returns must be unwashed, unworn, unstained, undamaged, and unaltered, with tags intact.
  • Full Refund is provided within 10 business days upon receiving the return in good condition.
  • Excludes return costs and initial shipping costs.
