RETURNS

• You have 14 days from the delivery date to exchange or return purchased items.

• Returned items must be unopened and in their original packaging.

• Any product or delivery issues must be reported within 3 days of receipt.
• If a delivery error occurs, SMPL covers the delivery costs, but customers are responsible for shipping costs, which will be refunded.
