SHIPPING

- Customers receive an email containing a track & trace code to monitor the status of their package.
RETURNS
- You have 14 days from the delivery date to exchange or return purchased items.

- Returned items must be unopened and in their original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for the risk of delivery.
- Any product or delivery issues must be reported within 3 days of receipt.
- If a delivery error occurs, SMPL covers the delivery costs, but customers are responsible for shipping costs, which will be refunded.
