SHIPPING
Your order will be carefully packed without unnecessary packaging material. We strive to carry out our vision in every aspect of our business.

All Selected Vintage items are shipped as soon as possible with PostNL.
Shipping within the Netherlands takes approximately 1-2 business days.

For orders abroad, the customer is responsible for any local taxes and import duties.

RETURNS
The pictures of our products are the best representation possible of the actual garments and colours. Before you buy, look carefully at the measurements, materials and color description of the product to prevent returns, in order to minimize the impact on our planet. Please do not make impulsive purchases. Choose wisely and with your heart.

Because it is legally required to accept returns within 14 days, this is how it works:

  • Send an email to info@selected-vintage.nl to register your return and to make the process as smooth as possible.
  • Please mention in your email that you purchased our product through the Fairhouse platform.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
  • The garment must be unworn and odor free.
  • Return the item in its original packaging and send it with track & trace.
  • We can not refund items lost in transit.
  • The purchase amount will be refunded to your bank within 14 days after we received the items back to us. You will be informed by email.
  • After the expiry of 14 days, the order is completed and you remain the owner of it.

Starting as a personal passion, it soon evolved into a larger vision for promoting sustainability within the fashion industry. This journey has led her to the foundation of Fairhouse. The selected vintage blouses and dresses are crafted in collaboration with Atelier Tula Rosa in Amsterdam, utilizing old deadstock and repurposed fabrics. Tula Rosa transforms discarded textiles into elegant garments, breathing new life into what others would see as waste. Together they weave a story of repurposing and creativity.
